Friday, March 25 is the deadline for the School Fight Song Lyric Contest. Click here for a link to the official rules and a link to the online entry form: http://tinyurl.com/zzcbsg6 This is a great opportunity for community members to become part of Skyridge history.

Upcoming meetings:
Men’s Basketball: Meeting, Wednesday, March 23 at 6pm in the Lehi Junior High Cafeteria. (for parents and prospective players who will be in grades 9-12 next year)

Women’s Soccer: Meeting, Monday, March 28 at 6pm in the Lehi Junior High Cafeteria. (for parents and prospective players who will be in grades 9-12 next year)

Cheer: Tryouts will be held Tuesday, March 29-Thursday, March 31 from 3-7pm in the dance room at Lehi High School.

School Fight Song Lyric Contest: Open for entries now through Friday, March 25 at 8pm. Community members have the opportunity to write the lyrics for the school song. For full contest rules and the entry form, click here: Skyridge song contest rules

Student Council: Primary elections will be held during B3 today for Studentbody Officers. Final elections will take place March 14-18. Women’s Basketball: Player/Parent Meeting, Tuesday, March 15 at 7pm at Lehi Junior High. For students who will be in grades 3-12 for the 2016-2017 school year. See flyer for more information: Parent Mtg Flyer Final

Men’s Basketball: Meeting for parents and prospective players, grades 9-12 for the 2016-2017 season. Wednesday, March 23 at 6pm in the Lehi Junior High Cafeteria. Come meet the coaches and learn about their vision for Skyridge basketball. The spring/summer schedule and expectations will be explained.

Drill: A parent meeting will be held on Thursday, March 31 for all parents of those who want to participate on the Drill Team. Clinics will be held on Wednesday and Thursday, April 13 and 14 from 6:30-8:30pm in the dance room at Lehi High School. Tryouts will be held on Friday, April 15 beginning at 3:30pm. Studentbody Officer Elections: The campaigning for Skyridge Studentbody Officers will take place during the week of March 7-11. Elections will take place on Friday, March 11 during B3. Cheer: The clinics for Cheer tryouts will be on March 8 and 18 from 3:30-6:30pm. The parent meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 16 at 6pm in the Commons at Lehi High School. Tryouts are March 26-29 from 3:30-6:30pm. Read more here: Cheer Tryout Flier

Upcoming Events for Future Students and Parents

Please be aware of the following upcoming events:

PTSA Meeting: The PTSA will be meeting on Tuesday, March 1 to nominate the Executive Board for the 2016-2017 school year. The meeting will be held at 9:30am in the administrative conference room at Lehi Junior High School. You must be a member of the Skyridge PTSA to vote. Dues are $6 per person and can be paid that day.

Dance Company: All who are interested in auditioning for the Skyridge Dance Company should attend the two clinics on Tuesday and Wednesday (March 1 and 2) from 2:30-4pm in the dance room at Lehi High School. Tryouts will be held on Friday, March 4 from 3-7pm. (also in the dance room at Lehi High)

Student Council: Applications for Student Body Officer are due on Thursday, March 3 at 3pm. Applications are available in the main office at Lehi High School. Cheer: The clinics for cheer tryouts will be held on Tuesday, March 8 from 3:30-6:30pm AND Friday, March 18 from 3:30-6:30pm in the dance room at Lehi High School. Tryouts will be held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, March 28-30 from 3:30-6:30pm. A parent meeting for all parents of those wishing to try out for cheerleader will be held on Wednesday, March 16 at 6pm in the Commons at Lehi High.

The Volleyball Parent Meeting is Monday, February 22 at 5pm at Lehi Junior High in the cafeteria. (see http://skyridgevolleyball.weebly.com/ for more information)

The Student Council Parent Meeting is Wednesday, February 24 at 6pm at Lehi High in the Media Center. (see http://shs.alpineschools.org/2016/02/11/student-council-process-for-skyridge-high-school/ for more information)

The clinics for Dance Company will be held on March 1 and 2 from 2:30-4pm at Lehi High in the dance room. Dance Company TRYOUTS will be on March 4 from 3-7pm in the dance room at Lehi High.

The clinics for Cheer will be held on March 8 and 18 from 3:30-6:30pm at Lehi High in the dance room. Cheer TRYOUTS will be on March 29, 30, AND 31 from 3:30-6:30pm in the dance room at Lehi High.
