If you want to play sports at an NCAA Division I or II school, you must take certain steps while in high school to ensure you are eligible. For more information you may view the NCAA presentation.

It is recommended that you ensure you are on track with your required course work each year. You can determine your eligibility by using the links and information on this page.

The requirements vary from Division I, Division II, and Division III levels so make sure you are meeting the requirements for the university/college you want to attend.

NCAA Academic Eligibility Requirements

1. NCAA Eligibility Center Registration

In order to play NCAA sports at a Division I or II school, you need to register with theĀ NCAA Eligibility Center.

2. Request your Transcript

Your transcript will list all of the courses you have taken in high school.

3. Skyridge Approved Courses

Use the NCAA portal to compare the courses you have taken (or will take) at Skyridge to ensure the NCAA has approved them to count toward your required eligibility courses.

4. NCAA Eligibility Worksheets

Using your transcript and the approved courses list, complete the worksheet annually to ensure you are taking the correct courses.
